BIO
Adam Wale is a husband, father of three school-aged children, combat veteran, and community leader dedicated to serving Northfield with integrity, collaboration, and practical leadership. Throughout his life and career, Adam has answered the call to serve — from his years in the U.S. Army to his continued work supporting national security in the defense industry.
Adam served as a U.S. Army Counterintelligence Special Agent from 2002 to 2010, including deployment during the Iraq War from 2003 to 2004. Following his military service, he built a successful career in national security and defense, where he continues to work today. Across every role, Adam has remained grounded in the values of accountability, teamwork, and service to others.
Since moving to Northfield in 2015, Adam has been involved in the community. He has served as a Cub Scout Den Leader, a member of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, and as Chair of the Human Rights Commission. Through these roles, he has worked to strengthen community connections, support civic engagement, and help ensure Northfield remains a welcoming place for all.
Originally from New Hampshire, Adam moved to Minnesota in 2013. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from American Military University.
Adam is running for Northfield City Council to continue a lifelong commitment to public service — bringing thoughtful leadership, steady judgment, and a collaborative approach to helping Northfield thrive for current and future generations.
